Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), RemindPayBee acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the RemindPayBee application. RemindPayBee requires you to create an account (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In) in order to use the App. Your expense records, asset portfolio, income records, categories, and settings are stored on our secure backend servers to enable multi-device synchronisation. This means your data is associated with your account and accessible when you sign in from any device.
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for advertising, analytics, or commercial purposes.
When you use the App, we collect and store only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:
The App requests notification permissions only after explicit user interaction. Notifications are used solely to remind you of expenses you manually create. They are optional and can be disabled at any time in device settings.
Certain Android permissions (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, USE_EXACT_ALARM, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) may be used only to deliver time-based reminders. These permissions are never used for advertising, tracking, or background analytics.
The App follows Google Play and App Store anti-spam policies. Reminders are triggered only for user-created expense records. High-frequency alerts require explicit user choice.

No sensitive personal information is shared with any of the above third parties beyond what is technically necessary to operate the service.
Our backend servers and database infrastructure are hosted on secure cloud servers. As a result, your personal data (including account information and app content) may be stored and processed outside your country of residence.
By using the App and creating an account, you acknowledge and consent to your personal data being transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country, as required for the provision of the service (pursuant to KVKK Article 9 for users in Turkey).
Your data is retained on our servers for as long as your account exists. You may delete all your data at any time by using the App's "Clear All Data" option, or by contacting us at remindpaybee@gmail.com to request full account and data deletion.
Exception — Consent Audit Log: The record of your acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (including server timestamp, IP address, email address, platform, and document version) is retained even after account deletion. This retention is based on a legitimate legal interest and legal obligation under KVKK Article 5(2)(ç) and GDPR Article 6(1)(c) and (f), as it constitutes evidence of informed consent. This record is not used for any commercial or marketing purpose.
If you export data via the App's backup or document-sharing features, files are saved to your device. We do not automatically upload exported backup files to any external service.

The App does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. All features are strictly for personal organisation and reminders.
This Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the App and reflected by a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
